In a calm atmosphere of a small shop, I am excited about the paper recommendations. The food is served slowly, but you can tell it is made with care. The sashimi platter was fresh, and especially a piece with a lot of fat left a lasting impression. The grilled squid was fluffy and tender, with just the right amount of heat. The tempura combined the sweetness of corn and the aroma of eel, making me want to eat more. The cold dish with soaked vegetables and the lightly shaped rice balls were also very delicious.

It is a small shop with a calm atmosphere. I enjoy looking at the handwritten seasonal menu, and I get excited every time. The sashimi is all fresh, and the tempura, with its fragrant eel and spring vegetables, surprises me with the sweetness of the corn. The dashi rolled omelet, chicken meatballs, and fried chicken are all carefully made, and they go well with alcohol. I appreciate the creativity in the pickles and appetizers, and they have a taste that makes me want to replicate it at home. The dishes come out slowly, but that allows for a relaxed and pleasant experience.
