This is a restaurant located inside a hotel where you can leisurely enjoy a course meal. It starts with small plates that evoke the seasons, followed by a variety of dishes. The braised shark fin is well-seasoned and has a comforting deliciousness. The salt-fried shrimp and squid highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, and the texture is pleasant. The spring rolls, which capture the fragrance of spring, and the steamed fish with aromatic green onions and peanuts were also satisfying. The final noodles, spicy tofu dish, and the refreshing almond jelly make the dining experience at the round table even more enjoyable.
