This is a specialty shop for Kei-chan, where you can enjoy it slowly at the counter. The soy sauce flavor goes well with cabbage, and the rich taste with garlic makes it hard to stop eating. The miso flavor brings out the sweetness of the onions, and the chicken is very tender. The style of eating while grilling right in front of you is fun, and everyone gets excited. Meihou ham is thickly sliced, and it pairs perfectly with mayonnaise or ketchup. Finishing off by stir-frying Chinese noodles or udon together provides a high level of satisfaction.
