The atmosphere is calm, and you can feel a homely warmth. They are very skilled at fish dishes, and the sashimi is fresh and has a beautiful flavor. The sea bream, in particular, is impressive, offering a refined umami and a pleasant texture. The homemade satsuma-age, mozuku vinegar, and komatsuna ohitashi also have gentle flavors that go well with alcohol. The sea bream chazuke is light and perfect for finishing the meal. The service is cheerful, and the place is comfortable, making you want to stay longer.
