You can experience the formal flow of a tea ceremony, from chakaiseki cuisine to koicha (thick tea) and usucha (thin tea).

Chahan Kama Course
After a casual thin tea ceremony at maecha, food and sake will be served while rice is cooked in a chahan kettle. Please enjoy the rice and charred rice cooked over charcoal in front of you using the kettle in which the tea was served. A bar time instead of dessert will be served at the end of the meal. Enjoy cocktails prepared by the bartender.
