The interior is cozy, with raised seating and round tables that create a relaxing atmosphere. I had the nabe-yaki udon, which was filled with ingredients like shrimp tempura, kamaboko, naruto, long green onions, spinach, and shiitake mushrooms. The broth was slightly sweet, with a fragrant aroma of yuzu and chopped green onions that spread pleasantly, warming my body. The udon was cooked just right, allowing me to enjoy it hot until the very end. The eel was grilled to perfection, tender and fluffy, and the sauce had a rich sweetness that was satisfying. They also prepare catering, and the atmosphere has a wonderful sense of history.
