With an unpretentious atmosphere, there are mainly counter seats, but there are also seats in the back where you can relax. While listening to the crackling sound of charcoal, the skewers are satisfying with a crispy surface and moist inside. The tsukune has a gentle texture that spreads umami, and the liver is rich and leaves a lasting impression. There are also rare cuts that are seldom available, and if you encounter them, the tenderness of the horse skirt steak will stay in your memory. The sweet and spicy miso that comes with the rice served at the beginning, as well as the miso stew of chicken offal, are perfect for snacking. The lineup of sake is also extensive, featuring rare brands, and the service is pleasant, allowing for a leisurely experience.
