The atmosphere is quiet and has a Japanese feel, with the warmth of wood being very pleasant. The counter is spacious, and there are tatami rooms where you can relax. The chef is easy to talk to and responds kindly, making the place very comfortable. The ingredients for the chirashi and nigiri are fresh, with tuna, white fish, horse mackerel, eel, sweet shrimp, and tamagoyaki being particularly impressive. You can feel the careful work in the appetizers like fresh mozuku seaweed, clear soup, and chawanmushi. The dishes and presentation are beautiful, and there is a focus on the sake cups that adds excitement.
