I went to a two-day collaboration event by Koshiro Niwa and Futa Hamaguchi, a sommelier at BACAR Okinawa!
This was the main part of my trip to Ise that I was really looking forward to. After visiting the Ise Jingu shrine, we arrived at the restaurant, which was built with a great atmosphere.

Hot and hot. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and delicious.

Futa's pasta was so delicious that we were happy to have another helping! I wanted to eat more pasta!

The amount of butter seems to be a calorie bomb.

Tea panna cotta with caramel
The tea panna cotta is so delicious that it doesn't need caramel. We were happy to get a refill. I finished the refill without caramel.
Sommelier Futa-san recommended wines that were almost as good as the pairings, and it was a very nice evening! The Australian red wine was especially good and I thought I would drink it at home.
I hope Futa-san will hold another event in Tokyo.
