The small interior with only counter seats is comfortable. The shelves are lined with shochu from all over the country, and just looking at them is exciting. When you express your preferences, the staff kindly recommends options, allowing you to enjoy not only sweet potato and barley but also rice, brown sugar, and perilla. There are also umeshu (plum wine), fruit wines, sake, and beer, so you can choose according to your mood. The snacks are simple, and items like salmon jerky, cold tofu, and fugu skin with ponzu sauce pair perfectly. It's also fun to have the bottles you ordered lined up in front of you, and before you know it, you find yourself drinking enthusiastically.
