The striking red noren (curtain) creates an impressive atmosphere, and the interior has a lively Carp (baseball team) vibe that is exciting. The spacious area features both table seating and a counter in front of the teppan (griddle), making it convenient to use. The okonomiyaki (savory pancake) has a light surface, with plenty of cabbage inside, and the noodles are grilled to a fragrant crisp. The combination of the sauce and the sweetness of the vegetables makes it delicious and enjoyable until the very end. It's great that you can enjoy it directly from the griddle with a spatula while it's still hot. The calm demeanor of the staff made it comfortable to spend time there, even if you just drop in.
