There is soft lighting and a large wooden counter, making it a calm place to spend time. The staff pays close attention, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The skewers served as a chef's choice have a perfect balance of salt and are finished with a nice char. The skewers come out one by one, allowing you to enjoy the lighter cuts slowly. A dish of grilled cherry tomatoes with shredded nori and a gentle sweet sauce pairs well, and the local seasonal vegetable bagna càuda is also beautifully colorful. Local sake is available, and the homemade ginger ale is refreshing with hand-cracked ice and lemon.
