This is a shop located in a quiet place surrounded by mountains and rice fields, where a pleasant breeze comes in when you open the door. The sashimi set meal includes not only bonito and tuna but also garnishes with myoga and boiled mountain vegetables, making it rich in both color and flavor. The pork ginger dish has a strong ginger aroma, and the meat is tender, making it easy to enjoy with rice. The steak made with domestic sirloin is cooked to perfection, and it pairs excellently with the sauce. The simmered black cod has a delightful texture and the changing flavors of the tofu, and I felt that even the miso soup was made with care. The polished glass table and the white piano in the shop create a comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal leisurely.
