Three consecutive years as one of the top 100 soba restaurants in Japan Kinugawa Takeyabu Kinugawa Takeyabu ☆Eating Log Soba 100 Famous Restaurant 201720182019★ ♦Opening Hours 11:30-16:00 (Sold out) ♦Closed Mondays and the second Tuesday of the month ♦Nearest Station Shin-Moriya Station (about 3 km away) A famous soba restaurant that has been selected as one of the 100 best soba restaurants on the Eat Log for three consecutive years in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I had heard rumors about it for some time, and was finally able to visit. The location is not good, as you have to take a bus to get there from the station. The parking lot has space for about 3 cars. Therefore, the traffic is not so convenient, But there is an expectation that it can be overcome. The soba is handmade using only buckwheat flour from Ibaraki, Toyama, Hokkaido, and other regions, and the buckwheat is milled in house. Therefore, it takes a while for the food to be served, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is so good that you can enjoy the waiting time. The Kinugawa River is just below, and the view is beautiful, making a cup of tea a perfect accompaniment. Menu Ten Seiro Soba 1,900 yen We chose the most popular and famous "Ten Seiro Soba". After a 20-minute wait, the meal was served. The soba was firm and elastic, and the "sweetness" of the buckwheat flour was evident. When you eat soba without dipping sauce, you can taste the sweetness of the ingredients, and you can tell that this is the true sweetness of soba. Koshi" may be the ultimate expression. The tempura has no additives or other unnecessary ingredients, and has a flavor without any strange impact. The tempura is delicious even without dipping it in the sauce. I enjoyed the taste of soba, which has been selected as one of the 100 best soba restaurants in the food log for three consecutive years. I can recommend it to both soba lovers and regular people. However, the amount of soba is quite small because they use the best ingredients. Men may need more, so chew it well or order a side dish.
