This is a calm shop located near the river, with a spacious and bright atmosphere that feels comfortable. The seating is divided between raised tatami areas and tables, making it easy to find a spot as there are plenty of seats. They serve hand-made soba noodles made from buckwheat grown in their own fields, and the aroma wafts up pleasantly. The slightly flat noodles, which vary in thickness, have a crunchy texture and a strong sweetness. The dipping sauce is sharp, and dipping the noodles into the hearty kenchin soup filled with plenty of ingredients makes it even more enjoyable to eat. After the meal, the soba water provides a comforting finish, and the homemade pickles were a nice accent.
