It's within walking distance from Fukuyama Station, and upon entering, it has a sophisticated atmosphere. The soup has a clear umami flavor, allowing you to feel the layers of chicken, shellfish, kelp, and mushrooms. The aroma of the soy sauce spreads with a hint of flying fish, making it irresistibly delicious. The noodles have just the right amount of elasticity and pair well with the refreshing broth. The thickly sliced chashu, tangy cabbage, and wontons are also creatively prepared and enjoyable. The calm space centered around the counter was satisfying, and even the side dish of fried chicken was delicious.
