Full of volume 2016,01 This restaurant has served us many times, Hamashin. About 10 minutes walk from Hankyu Mikuni station. Mr. Nishihama's child runs this shop. We have already taken care of him many times! My partner, who is from Hiroshima Prefecture, is very picky about okonomiyaki! But he insists that the modern okonomiyaki here is Hiroshima okonomiyaki! This time we enjoyed freshly cooked okonomiyaki at the restaurant for the first time in a very long time! Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats! The restaurant is open only at night on weekdays and from noon on weekends. I ordered the "Suji Modern Yaki" for 950 yen! We have eaten many kinds of food, but this is the one we recommend! The sweet and spicy simmered sinewy meat has a really nice flavor! The egg is half-cooked well, and the cabbage is sweet! The volume of the dish is also very generous, so this will fill you up! When you eat takeout, it's completely steamed! It's still tasty, but freshly baked is really special! Maybe I should visit the store owned by his parents next time. On this day, I had the Pork Modern for 800 yen plus mochi (rice cake) topping for 100 yen. Mochi toppings: My partner loves mochi (sticky rice cakes), so we always add mochi! This is take-out in a round container! I knew it had to be this way! Fluffy dough, lots of cabbage! The cabbage is sweet and delicious! The pork is crispy and the half-boiled egg is delicious! Is the sauce homemade? It is a sweet and spicy sauce! I like this one too! Looking at the menu, I found Hormone Modern! My partner knows I like hormone, so why didn't he tell me? Next time, I will definitely try Hormone Modern! 2009,11 I always get take-out here! No particular reason! Always both pork modan and suji modan with mochi topping! I get half in each container! It's hard to eat one piece with the amount I'm married to! That's because it's a mochi topping, right? But my partner who is from Hiroshima says that the okonomiyaki here tastes like Hiroshima! We don't have Hiroshima style okonomiyaki in Kansai, so it's very convenient for us! There are a lot of suji in the okonomiyaki, and it is very tasty!

Okonomiyaki that even Hiroshima natives can't get enough of! One of the restaurants that I regularly go to. I don't get a chance to eat food in my hometown! I don't have it! I mean, I end up going to Umeda, Fukushima, Tenma, etc... More! More! Where should we go for dinner? Isn't it time for a routine okonomiyaki? What do you mean by routine? When it comes to our okonomiyaki, it has to be Hamashin-san! The place is a 6 or 7 minute walk west from Hankyu Mikuni Station. The restaurant is located on R176, across from Gusto! Inside the restaurant, there are 5 counter seats and 5 tables. On this day, the restaurant was full of locals. Only Hiroshima style okonomiyaki is available! You can choose to have okonomiyaki without soba (buckwheat noodles) or with soba (buckwheat noodles). There are also negiyaki, yakisoba, and a la carte dishes! But we only order okonomiyaki! I ordered, I ordered a suji modern and a buta modern (large)! The one with buckwheat is called "Modern"! The okonomiyaki is soft and fluffy, with a half-boiled egg on top! The cabbage is steamed, sweet, and melty! The bottom is crispy and crunchy! The sujikon is cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce that is irresistible! I sometimes have a craving for something irresistible! Okonomiyaki, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki Mr. Hamashin The restaurant is located along R176, a 7 or 8 minute walk southwest from Hankyu Mikuni Station. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats. This restaurant serves delicious Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki! Even my friend who is from Hiroshima said that the okonomiyaki here is very good! A friend of mine who is from Hiroshima said, "This place is good! You have to order modern okonomiyaki with buckwheat, but you will be served Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki! The yaki is cooked at the table in the center and brought to you when it's ready! Big, big Hamashin-yaki! I use it often! My partner loves it and there are days when he craves for it! This was the day he had a craving, so we went to visit! The place is about a 6 or 7 minute walk west from Hankyu Mikuni Station, along the R176. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats. I always have modern-yaki here. Modern-yaki" is the name of the menu, but it is Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki! We always order one piece each. I've always been curious about the name of the restaurant, Hamashin-yaki Modern. 2,500 yen for 2 or 3 servings. Would two of us be able to eat it? If not, we can take it home. The ingredients inside are quite gorgeous: pork, squid, shrimp, suji, kimchi, mochi, cheese, and squid tempura! I watched it being cooked on the main teppan, and it was so big! They use the griddle as a spatula to grill the finished okonomiyaki! A normal spatula wouldn't have been able to keep up with the okonomiyaki! Hamashin-yaki made with a bang! I heard it was big, but it really is big! Let's eat it while it's hot! The cheese is melted on the top, and the rest is in the dough. No matter where you eat, you will always hit the ingredients, and each time it is different, so it is very enjoyable and delicious! Even though it's big, I never get tired of it! And I was able to eat it, despite my worries about whether I would be able to eat it. I was able to eat it, despite my fears! I'm full, but... I think this is better for two or more people to eat than for modern people to eat one piece at a time. I heard you can also take it home... I think you can use it for a home party too!
