The grilling style uses charcoal, and the ventilation is good, allowing for a pleasant experience. The offal is very fresh, carefully prepared, and free of any unpleasant odors, highlighting its deliciousness. The creamy liver and the low-temperature finished motsu sashimi are beautifully colored, bringing joy with every bite. The red sausage is fluffy and soft, offering a unique flavor. Both the miso and salt tonchan have their own merits, and they pair excellently with the charcoal grill.
