The soup curry is aromatic, and even at level 3 spiciness, it provides a solid kick. It is filled with plenty of vegetables, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness and texture of lotus root, okra, pumpkin, and onion. The turmeric rice is slightly firm, and when combined with the soup, you can't stop using your spoon. The chicken is tender and easily separates from the bone, and it is delightful as it absorbs the flavors of the soup.
