The cozy interior of the shop has a stylish café-like atmosphere and is very clean. The eel, steamed and then grilled in the Kanto style, had a fragrant exterior and a light, fluffy texture on the inside. The sauce had a slight sweetness while maintaining a sharp flavor, making it a perfect match with the rice. The waiting time for the food was just right, and the enticing aroma wafting through the air made me excited. The hand-drip coffee after the meal was also fragrant and provided a comforting sense of relaxation. There are also services like shaved ice and a children's dining area, which added to the warm atmosphere.
