The matsutake sake tastes superb, and dishes using seasonal ingredients are served one after another. In particular, the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with sea bream) and cherry chip-smoked eel are extremely delicious and go very well with matsutake sake. We also recommend the warm sushi with grated kipper with grated radish and steamed abalone. You can also enjoy steamed salmon roe and shirasa shrimp feed, which are also very satisfying. The atmosphere in the restaurant is homey and you can enjoy conversation with the friendly owner. It is a restaurant with delicious food where you can have a pleasant time.

Family time at Minazuki 🍣🌙 It was delicious, and I felt comfortable with the cheerful chef ☺️💕 The extra-thick tuna rolls were exciting! The cucumber rolls are said to be wrapped with cucumber and air 🥒 🗒✍️

A Michelin sushi restaurant that has moved to Kitashinchi. The rice is on the smaller side, and I felt the toppings were also a bit small. The fatty tuna wrapped in pickled daikon was delicious.
