The fish is very fresh, and the sashimi has a refreshing taste. For example, the platter of mackerel, sea bream, pickled mackerel, and amberjack is beautifully arranged, and squeezing some citrus over it makes it even lighter. Starting with a carefully prepared appetizer and going all the way to the simmered daikon and tender meat, everything is flavorful and satisfying. The tableware is stylish, the interior is clean, and the atmosphere is lively without being noisy. The selection of sake is extensive, with dry and distinctive options clearly indicated on the menu. The staff is attentive, providing thorough explanations, and the service is smooth.

The atmosphere is calm, and the private rooms are spacious and comfortable. The appetizers have a homemade feel and are very delicious, raising expectations. The fresh fish has no odor and is beautifully presented, especially the salt-seared Spanish mackerel, which has a refined taste. Dishes using yellow garlic chives and the octopus from Shimozui are enjoyable in aroma and texture, making it easy to keep eating. The fried chicken can be quickly enjoyed with lemon, and the rolled omelet was also delicious. The staff's explanations were thorough, and I was able to relax quietly in a clean and pleasant space.
