Tonkatsu 16 is one of the most popular tonkatsu restaurants in Hiroshima City, having just opened in March 2021. The owner of the restaurant is young, appearing to be only in his 30s, but he is very particular about his meat and serves the best pork at that time. This time I ordered the special roast set meal for 2,100 yen. The color of the pork cutlet is rather light and the meat inside is moist. It was the first time for me to try tonkatsu where the meat was moist and not dry at all, and I was very impressed. I will visit again.
