Medo Curry Sha

Served in a unique combination style featuring weekly changing Japanese-style pork keema, summer solstice curry, rich med beef curry, and butter chicken. This dish offers a deep flavor enhanced by spices, and the addition of toppings like pickles and boiled eggs makes it even richer. Each visit brings a fresh surprise with different variations of curry.

The interior of the renovated large town house exudes a Japanese modern atmosphere, with a long counter and small tables arranged. Whiskey bottles and spice jars are neatly lined up on the counter, creating an ambiance where one can thoughtfully engage with spice curry in a calm space. In this quiet environment, you can leisurely enjoy your curry.

In July 2022, we started a pop-up lunch service on Tuesdays at 'Hachido', and our spiced curry gained a reputation, attracting many fans over about two and a half years. We also participated in the summer solstice curry using local sake lees from Fushimi, valuing our connection with the community. In June 2025, we will reopen in the Nayamachi shopping district, and the expansion into a physical store is underway, with further growth expected.
