You can spend a relaxing time in a quiet and cozy counter-only space. The dishes are based on the day's offerings, with the owner preparing each one individually, and they all turn out beautifully. The Japanese cuisine is not extravagant, and you can feel the accumulation of handwork, with flavors that are gentle and pleasant. The presentation is also beautiful, and I was excited by a dish that highlighted the ingredients from Wakayama and the aroma of fermentation. When I conveyed my preferences for drinks, they selected sake and also had bottled beer available. The service is polite and friendly, allowing for a comfortable experience throughout.
