Performing on an iron plate is fun♪ It's been a while since I've been in Minami~! I don't go to Minami very often, and when I come here after a long time, I often think, "What's changed? I often feel that things have changed... On this particular day, I was invited to go out for grilled shabu-shabu! I was invited to eat grilled shabu-shabu! We had the 3,500 yen course! Hors d'oeuvre of the day: 3 kinds Soup: shrimp bisque Salad: Dried bean curd Seafood: Shrimp Abura Gon Chicken Main: grilled shabu-shabu 70g-80g The soup is very rich and creamy! I like this kind of soup! The dried tofu in the salad was noodle-like, just like a crepe noodle! When I ate it, I was a little surprised to see the tofu! The chicken was refreshing! It's fun just to watch as they cook it on the griddle! The main dish, grilled shabu-shabu! Sliced beef is grilled on the teppan and mixed with the marinated beef. This is served with a fluffy mixture of meringue and yolk! It is already delicious! The meat is so good, it melts in your mouth! You must want some rice, right? I had a little bit of rice! You know what you're doing! Then, the meringue is baked on a griddle to make it like a dessert! My friend and I split the cheese and maple meringue in half! It tasted so soft and fluffy! The chef served us these big scallions, saying he was sorry for making us wait! It was spicy and tasty, and the big scallion was very satisfying! The restaurant is located in a quiet place, so it feels like a hideout! The chef was very nice and fun! However, there are no prices on the menu, so it might be scary to order a single item! I heard the caramelized steak is delicious! This is the kind of place you want someone to treat you to!
