Juicy and sweet figs are combined with a fluffy and light sponge cake. Between the layers of sponge, there is cream mixed with homemade fig jam. The gentle sweetness of fresh figs is layered with the concentrated fruitiness of the jam. This shortcake, which allows you to simply enjoy the deliciousness of figs, is available only during this season.

Made with 55% dark chocolate, it has a rich chocolate flavor reminiscent of fresh chocolate. While you can fully enjoy the chocolate, it is not too heavy and is easy to eat. In between, there is an Assam tea ganache that adds a subtle hint of tea aroma. Seasonal grapes are added for a juicy and refreshing sweetness.
