A cozy soba shop with generous portions

Shogetsu is a locally popular soba shop located just a minute's walk from Shimura-Sakaue Station. The interior has a small, homey atmosphere, and the large portions of soba are sure to impress with their volume, while the flavor and texture of the noodles are exquisite. The tempura and rice dishes are also delicious, making this a must-visit spot for soba lovers.

The generously served soba is impressive and brings a smile to my face. The dipping sauce has a rich bonito aroma, making me want to keep eating. The duck soba combines the sweetness of the green onions with the umami of the duck, providing a sense of satisfaction. It's a little fun to crack the quail egg myself, and the special scissors are easy to use. Soba broth is also provided, allowing me to enjoy it thoroughly until the end. The interior, which only has table seating, has a quick turnover and is lively, and I love the casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop in.
