A few minutes' walk down the street where Mizuho Bank is located, you will find a shop with a traditional and calm atmosphere. The interior is a cozy space with about ten seats, filled with the warm laughter of local patrons. The soba, hand-kneaded thinly, has a strong aroma, and I was impressed by its texture and smoothness. The crisp, dry dipping sauce enhances the flavor of the soba, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The large squid tempura has a light and crispy batter, and when enjoyed with the mori soba, it brings a feeling of happiness. There are also various combinations like duck soba and tororo soba, making it a place where you can enjoy different deliciousness time and again.
