This is a new menu item recommended by Yashio, where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Kumamoto. The menu includes assorted sweet horse sashimi and sashimi made from fresh and plump fish that are purchased daily from a fresh fish store! Please enjoy!

Crafted with water from the famous water source of Minami Aso, Shirakawa. This authentic rice shochu features a gentle ginjo aroma and a soft, mellow flavor.
This is a genuine rice shochu made with carefully crafted natural blessings using the pure and clean water from the Hitoyoshi Basin.
Kumamoto yeast, vacuum distillation method, double fermentation. Recommended for its beautiful ginjo aroma, on the rocks, or with a little water.
