Uguisu" is a yakitori restaurant in town, but a little stylish and inexpensive, just like Juban. The salted liver (￥680) is excellent! The number of a la carte dishes has also increased, so you can enjoy more than just yakitori. Next to Uguis, there are people from the proud Italian restaurant Hirata and Suzuki in Juban for a wedding party or something. I was surprised to see chefs from high-end Italian restaurants visiting such a casual restaurant. Although everyone's stay was short, customers came one after another, and the restaurant was always full. Yakitori is priced in the 200s yen per piece. Recommended for casual gatherings.

Another yakitori restaurant has opened in Azabu-Juban! Azabu Uguisu" is located on the second floor of a building on Nanamenzaka. The skewers are reasonably priced in the ¥200 range. The raw salted liver is ￥680, an amazing quality and price. A small, cozy space with a counter, two tables for two, and a small table. This is a restaurant for adults and recommended for single customers.

An ordinary yakitori restaurant in the city, not unlike Azabu Juban. Reasonably priced and delicious, Uguisu. The place is crowded with local customers, including singles and girls, and before you know it, you are talking and drinking with other customers. The fresh and tasty liver sashimi is priced at ¥580, and you are urged to eat it quickly. Recommended for a casual day out in Juban, this restaurant is full of friendly people.
