A restaurant preparing for a new challenge of grilled meat.
Ushiya was founded by President Han Seong-il, who established Japanese yakiniku culture in Gangnam. 9 years ago, Ushiya started in Sinsa-dong and quickly became famous. It recently moved to a larger location and is preparing for a new challenge. Dishes such as isobemaki and sukiyaki are outstandingly delicious, and there is a wide variety of beef available. The tecchan (large intestine) and oxtail beef tongue are especially new and delicious. The restaurant provides detailed explanations of each part of the meat, so you can enjoy the fascination of the meat as well.
