As soon as you open the door, you are warmly welcomed, and it feels comfortable. The skewers grilled by the veteran owner are large and juicy, with an irresistible aroma. The spicy miso is quite strong, so a small amount is enough to enhance the flavor. The miso-based stew is full of vegetables and has a gentle aftertaste. The couple manages the place efficiently, and it's nice that you can casually order from just one skewer. It's within walking distance from the station, and the grilled meat, offal, and vegetables pair perfectly with sake and large bottles of beer.
