It was my first visit to the restaurant. The young chef had good manners and a pleasant personality, and yet his seriousness towards his work was evident. The tension of my first visit was eased. The appetizers were good enough to pair with the drinks and did not interfere with the sushi that followed, which was great. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was also incredibly delicious. The timing of the sushi serving was good; it didn't seem like it was served all at once, but I felt that all customers were served without any waiting. In my opinion, the personality of the chef and the connection with the customers are important in a sushi restaurant, and it felt comfortable. Above all, I think the prices are exceptionally reasonable for the Osaka area. I also had champagne, which was priced fairly. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

Having one person serve nine guests didn’t seem ideal. I felt that the temperature of the sushi became inconsistent because of it. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was quite warm. While I understand the importance of taking good care of regular customers, it felt a bit too focused on them.
