In a quiet standing bar tucked away in the back of a building, I felt a thrill the moment I found it. Inside, the lighting is calm, creating a serene atmosphere. It's a cozy space with just a counter, making it easy to enjoy even alone. The selection of sake is abundant, and I appreciate being able to try a little bit at a time in a glass. The potato salad with smoked daikon, fried chicken, and fragrant grilled rice balls enhance the drinking experience. The white sesame dressing with figs and Nara pickles, as well as the salmon milt with ponzu sauce, were also uniquely memorable.
