The French restaurant in Kitashinchi was lively and comfortable. From the first dish, the presentation was beautiful and the balance of flavors was delicate. The dish with pumpkin mousse layered with kelp-cured sea urchin had a refreshing aftertaste with a citrus aroma. The mackerel spring rolls had a crispy skin, and the combination of ginger's fragrance and the saltiness of cheese was delightful. The freshly baked brioche was light and fluffy, and the butter with a hint of seaweed was irresistible. There was a wide variety of seafood, meat, handmade pasta, and desserts, and the flow of the course was enjoyable.
