The interior has been renovated to be bright and clean, and the greenery from the windows is refreshing. There are table seats and tatami mat areas, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. The 100% buckwheat soba is thick, and the sweetness and aroma spread as you chew, providing a delightful chewy texture. The coarsely ground zaru soba has a pleasant grainy texture and a smooth throat feel. The freshly fried tempura, with shrimp and vegetables, is crispy and pairs excellently with the soba. The fragrant tea and soba broth are also delicious, and I was able to fully enjoy the umami of the dipping sauce.

The restaurant is clean, and the tea served is delicious. The homemade soba has a strong aroma and you can taste the umami with every bite. The thick noodles have a satisfying chewiness, making it very enjoyable. The type with a grainy texture is also easy to eat. The tempura is very delicious as well. The soba ice cream after the meal has a subtle sweetness and a roasted flavor, making it a delightful treat.
