Chef Nagayasu was born in Hokkaido in 1978. He started his culinary career with a part-time job in high school. After studying at a culinary school, he gained experience at hotels in Hokkaido and French restaurants in Sapporo. Since then, he has been working at Furano French Dake, serving exquisite French cuisine using seasonal ingredients from Furano.
