I am happy to be able to casually enjoy hot oden on a bench. The broth is rich and deeply infused with the ingredients, making me smile involuntarily. Among them, the thick daikon radish was so soft that it crumbled just by inserting chopsticks. The fluffy fish cakes were filled with chunks of vegetables and cheese, allowing me to eat without getting bored. The tender beef tendon skewers were also aromatic, and the combination with the broth was outstanding. When I made a rice porridge with the remaining soup, the feeling of happiness continued at home.
