A restaurant where you can enjoy a rich menu and delicious soba

Rokubei is a wonderful establishment that offers a wide range of dishes centered around soba. The comfortable interior provides a relaxing escape from daily fatigue. The soba, in particular, has a delightful texture, and the option to choose your serving style is a nice touch. In the evening, it also serves as an izakaya, allowing you to savor seasonal flavors.

The soba noodles are thin, well-chilled, and have a pleasant texture when going down the throat. The bukkake is topped with tomatoes, edamame, fried eggplant, shirasu (whitebait), grated daikon, and even a dashi jelly, making it visually enjoyable. The dipping sauce has a strong bonito aroma and is refreshingly balanced. When you’ve eaten a bit, they quickly serve the soba-yu (noodle water), which is rich and comforting. You can choose the size, making it easy to match the amount you want to eat, and the mini rice bowl set has a variety of options. The staff's attentive service is pleasant, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily drop in.
