The seafood is fresh and lively, typical of a coastal town, and brings a smile from the very first bite. Eating sushi while watching the skilled craftsmanship of the chefs at the counter is a very pleasant experience. The red meat of the tuna, the cuttlefish, the yellowtail, and the amberjack left a particularly strong impression. The sea urchin gunkan is creamy and melts in the mouth. The interior of the restaurant is neat and calming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The rice is at just the right warmth, blending well with the toppings, leaving you feeling satisfied even after the meal.
