The concept is 'a draft beer that pairs perfectly with 100% malt Japanese cuisine.' It is produced daily at our directly managed brewery in Osaka Minami. It is made using the 'top fermentation' method, a beer-making technique passed down from the Cologne region of Germany. The color is a refreshing and clear pale hue, characterized by a pleasant fruity aroma typical of top-fermented beers. After fermentation, it is aged at low temperatures, resulting in a crisp and refreshing taste! The flavor of the malt is strong, while the aroma and carbonation are kept moderate, enhancing the natural umami of Japanese cuisine. This locally brewed Dotonbori beer from Osaka Minami is extremely popular among office workers finishing their day, customers enjoying movies and shopping in Namba, and tourists alike. Small price.
