It is an easy-to-reach, calm shop located on the second floor of a shopping street, just a short walk from the station. The handmade soba, made with 80% buckwheat flour, has a wonderful aroma and a smooth texture that feels great going down. I had the cold new soba, and I was satisfied with the strong flavor from Hokkaido. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, which pairs perfectly with the flavorful dipping sauce. It's also nice that there are days when a small side dish is included with the tempura rice bowl and soba set. The interior has a good sense of style, allowing for a pleasant dining experience.
