This is a calm space that makes use of an old house located at the end of a narrow alley. When you take off your shoes and step inside, you can glimpse a small garden in the spacious interior, adorned with cute bonsai and animal figurines. There are also recommendations on the blackboard, but the classic 2:8 soba has a wonderful aroma and pairs perfectly with the refreshing dipping sauce. The soba dumplings served in hot water are pleasantly smooth, and the fragrance of wasabi spreads gently, bringing happiness. The fried foods and side dishes feature seasonal flavors, including shrimp, vegetables, fava beans, rapeseed flowers, and horsetail. Even the soba broth after the meal is fragrant, allowing for a comforting moment of relaxation.
