There are spacious counter seats, creating a comfortable atmosphere even for solo diners. Since there are no appetizers, it's nice to be able to freely choose your favorite snacks. The braised beef tendon is tender and soft, and the accompanying yuzu pepper pairs well with it. The fresh sausage is grilled to a fragrant finish, allowing the meat's flavor to be fully appreciated. The skewers, especially the green onion and pork belly, are particularly delicious, and the chicken liver was moist. Finally, the curly noodles in the Chinese soba have a good texture, and the flavor of the soy sauce is distinct, providing satisfaction.
