The appetizers are plentiful, and I am excited to see dishes like fugu skin with ponzu, oysters, and even sake lees soup. The sashimi platter is fresh, and the more I eat, the happier I become. The simmered red snapper has thick flesh, and the umami is intensely felt. When I wrap the tuna and sea urchin namero in seaweed, the aroma spreads and is irresistible. I also really enjoyed the way of eating cream mentaiko somen with salmon roe. There are local sake like Takara and Heartland beer, as well as refreshing sours, so I can enjoy the drinks too.

The restaurant is spacious and lively, making it comfortable to be in. The appetizer is impressive and exciting. The sashimi platter is generous and fresh. The simmered red snapper has firm flesh and is full of flavor. You can enjoy a range of sake, from refreshing options to rare bottles. The pairing of food and sake is also excellent.
