I went because I wanted to eat Musashino udon. The slightly colored flat noodles are not too hard and have just the right amount of elasticity, making them easy and pleasant to eat. The dipping sauce, which has the umami of meat, has a good balance of the sharpness of soy sauce and the aroma of dashi, which I like. The chicken tempura is surprisingly tender, fluffy, and juicy, bringing happiness. The tempura of Fukaya green onions also has a gentle texture in the green parts, and the aroma spreads softly. The frilly ends of the noodles are flavorful and enjoyable, and the whole family was able to enjoy it deliciously.
