Yoshidaya

The sashimi platter, known as the "stairway platter," is available in four, six, and nine-piece configurations, and features about 15 fresh seafood items that change daily, including Indian tuna, mussels, and local grouper and chicken grouper. The Adult Negi-Yaki, made with Yoshikawa green onions, is a gem that won first place in the 2017 Namazu Summit Cooking Contest. Other items on the menu include oyster butter yaki, shrimp mayo, and a wide variety of other dishes.

The restaurant is equipped with a variety of seating types, including tatami rooms, sunken kotatsu, counter seats, and sofa seats, and can accommodate parties of up to 30 people. Private rooms are also available, allowing diners to enjoy their meals in a private space. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking, with dedicated smoking booths.

Mamoru Yoshida, who became independent from the franchise in 2019 and started anew as Yoshida House, values his connection to the community and is committed to supporting local liquor stores and breweries. He values the closeness with each customer and aims to be a restaurant that is loved by the community through his at-home customer service.
