The interior has a counter and tables, and the sound of frying is pleasant and calming. The tempura, including shrimp, whiting, eggplant, maitake mushrooms, and green beans, is fragrant and has a light, crispy texture. The anago (conger eel), squid, white fish, nagaimo (Japanese yam), and shiso leaves are also carefully fried, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to be distinctly felt. Tempura dipping sauce and salt are provided, and when combined with grated daikon radish, the aftertaste is refreshing. The rice is fluffy and soft, and it goes well with miso soup and pickles. The staff's greetings are pleasant, and the addition of deep-fried bones is another nice touch.
