The quantity and quality of the pufferfish dishes was unlike anything I have ever had. It was the best I have ever had. I had sashimi with a large amount of pufferfish liver dissolved in ponzu vinegar, and it was so delicious that I ascended to heaven. The liver wrapped around the sashimi was also very tasty, and I could not hide my amazement. Outsiders seem to be rare, and I was told that most of the customers are from Oita Prefecture. It seems that no other restaurant offers natural tiger puffer at such a reasonable price. Considering the quantity and quality, it seems that other restaurants charge three times as much. The price was 8,800 yen for the basic course and 11,000 yen for the course including the albacore. It was a really good experience. Thank you very much.

We ordered a course of "fugu sashimi" and "tecchiri" using natural puffer fish. We started with the thick "fugu sashimi" served with homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). The fried fugu served next was juicy. After tasting the main "tekuchiri," we finished with zosui (rice porridge)! It was also delicious. We also ordered a glass of "fillet sake" and enjoyed the fugu to our heart's content.
